When it comes to pricing we adopt a clear and competitive policy. Given the
complex and unpredictable nature of many computer problems, we have to charge
for our services by the hour for the duration of the time taken. There are
no hidden charges and what you see is what you get.
We
always try to diagnose (if not resolve) the problem within the first hour. If
the problem requires more time and / or replacement parts, we will endeavour to
give an accurate estimate for the labour time that is likely to be involved,
which we base on past experience.
Our pricing falls into two categories:
'Home Customers' and 'Business Customers'
and our hourly rates differ for each. This is because business technical support
is usually much more demanding and requires a much greater level of skill and
responsibility.
