Technical support is delivered direct to your PC by way of either an
onsite callout, telephone, email or by remote access. No fuss and no dismantling
of your pc for the journey to your local (if you have one) pc shop! All services
are carried out by fully qualified technical engineers.
We charge for technical support on a pay-as-you-go basis and being a time-driven
service, we charge by the hour for the amount of time we spend resolving
problems. We also offer businesses an ongoing telephone, email and remote access
technical support service on a contract basis for a very affordable set monthly
fee.
In addition, our prices are clearly defined, flexible and affordable.
